On the auspicious occasion of Holi The Hotel School organised a competition “COLOURS ON PLATES “

The Winners of the competition are:

Winners: Dev & Karan

First Runner up: Deepak Kumar & Deepak 

Second Runner up : Aman & Pinku

Students enthusiastically participated to foster their creativity and decision making skills.The event gave a platform to the students to demonstrate their culinary knowledge and skills including preparation of a dish, and displaying the dish before a judging panel where it will be evaluated on flavor, taste and presentation. 

Overall 14 teams participated in the competition. We are delighted to share the outcome from the competition with all of youl.
