Eligibility:- - Candidates who have appeared/passed 10+2 examination of CBSE, ICSE or equivalent accreditation. Must have appeared for Aptitude test conducted by the institute.

Admission Procedure: - Selection in this course will be done on the basis of your performance in Aptitude Test followed by personal interview.

Course Description: - Certified Professional in Culinary Arts ( CPCA) certificate is awarded to candidates who have appeared and successfully completed both the qualification pack (QP) namely Trainee Chef and Commis Chef approved by Tourism and Hospitality Skill Council at The Hotel School. QPs approved by Tourism and Hospitality Skill Council (THSC) are recognised by Government and allow you to work in India & Abroad. CPCA Certificate is awarded by The Hotel School without additional charges to acknowledge completion of THSC approved QPs mentioned above.
