Yet another successful event under the supervision of our Chefs has taken place at the Campus. The Event was named as KITCHEN CHEMISTRY, A workshop based on HERBS AND SPICES. Students from the Institute has put in great efforts to make the event remarkable.
A large Variety of Herbs and spices were displayed by the students from the Institute. A Demonstration speech and Power point Presentation was given by some volunteers in front of other students and faculties. It was a knowledgeable event for everyone as Herbs and Spices used in different cuisines like Indian, Continental, Chinese, etc. were on Display at the workshop.
During the workshop the volunteers informed everyone about their usage, qualities, smell and origin etc. It was a memorable event for all of us as every student and every faculty have given their inputs under it.
