Course Duration : 8 Months

In this course students shall achieve specialized skills required in Hospitality Sectors. Students will be enrolled in two specialization programs of their choice from Tourism and Hospitality Skill Council.

Food Production Course

In this course students get to study the food ingredients, raw material, meat, fish, vegetables, method of cooking, and various cuisines.
